Our Sea View Bedrooms measure between 9 and 15 square metres and can be arranged for single, double, or triple occupancy. Each room offers a lovely outlook over the sea, creating the perfect backdrop for your stay.
Fully renovated in 2023, these rooms feature quality British-made furnishings with a simple, modern design. Inside, you’ll find a comfortable new mattress, blackout curtains, double glazing, and a private bathroom with a shower.
For added comfort and convenience, all Sea View Rooms include Wi-Fi, TV, and secure key card access — everything you need to relax and enjoy your time in Blackpool.

All Sea View Rooms are situated on the first and second floors of the hotel.
The hotel layout is as follows:

Ground floor: reception, restaurant, bars, and Champagne bar

First & second floors: guest rooms (including Economy Rooms)

Third floor: additional rooms
Please note: the lift only serves the first and second floors, and there is no porter service available.

The hotel is about a 15-minute walk from Blackpool railway station. Our address is 291–295 Promenade, Blackpool, FY1 6AL, Lancashire.
From the station, head towards the seafront and follow the Promenade south until you reach the hotel. Taxis are also available outside the station if you prefer not to walk.
For the comfort of all our guests, smoking is not permitted in any of our rooms.
While we love animals, we’re unable to accommodate pets at the hotel.
Parking is available along the Promenade and in the surrounding streets near the hotel. Several public car parks are also within walking distance.
Check-in is available from 15:00 to 22:00, so you’ll have plenty of time to arrive and settle in.
Check-out is by 10:00, giving you a relaxed morning before heading off.
