FAQ

  • Our dress code is smart-casual and quite relaxed.

    We just ask that the general look does not appear too sporty i.e. tracksuits/football shirts/baseball caps.

    Smart trainers are allowed.

    ​

    We do not allow flip flops to be worn.

  • We have a 15-minute grace period for our reservations. If you are running later than 15 minutes after your reservation time, please call ahead to make our team aware. We will always do our best to accommodate you when you arrive however this is not always guaranteed if you are running over 15 minutes late.

  • It is a 15 minute walk from the train station to the hotel.

  • Parking is available on the promenade or surroundings areas.
